If you're well-versed in the intricacies of “In-depth knowledge of boiler operations, control systems, shift management and safety protocols.”, your expertise is our priority.
Your Qualifications:
✔️ DAE mechanical
✔️ B Class / C Class Boiler Engineering
✔️ 6+ Years of Professional Experience
✔️ Reside conveniently in Lahore.
Experience:

1. Lead and manage a team of operators in shift, overseeing the smooth operation of fire tube and biomass boilers.
2. Maintain accurate and detailed shift logs, recording all operational activities and issues.
3. Generate daily & monthly reports on plant performance, downtime, and incidents for management review.
4. Monitor and control plant parameters to optimize performance and energy efficiency.
5. Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
6. Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues promptly.
7. Ensure compliance with environmental regulations related to emissions and ash disposal/waste management.
8. Implement and oversee environmentally friendly practices in the operation of biomass boilers.
9. Provide training and guidance to shift operators, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and skill development.
