Mr. Debjeet Swain
Chief Executive Officer
Debjeet Swain is a founder member of O&M Solutions(OMS) Mauritius. He is in power business over 30 years. Currently he is serving O&M Solutions(OMS) , Mauritius as Chief Executive Officer. He has extensive experience in the power sector, ranging from business development to operations to maintenance to negotiating agreements. Prior to joining OMS, Debjeet was Operations Manager of Globeleq UK, Haripur Power Limited (360MW) and Meghnaghat Power Limited (450MW), Bangladesh and 420 MW Coal power plant (OPGC) India.
Debjeet has over 30 years of rich experience in Power Project Management, Operations &Maintenance, Testing& Commissioning. Debjeet Swain is Graduate Mechanical Engineer and Master degree in Energy Management, Orissa
Mr. Khalid Javed
Chief Operating Officer
Khalid is a founding member of O&M Solutions (OMS) Mauritius. He is working in power sector over 40 years and currently serving as Chief Operating Officer (COO) of O&M Solutions(OMS) Mauritius. During professional career he served in power distribution system , construction of 500KV transmission lines and construction of 1390MW power plants of WAPDA , 727 MW AES 126MW Saba Power Pakistan and 810MW AES Power Plants in Bangladesh.
Prior to joining OMS, he served as the Manager of Business Development in Globeleq ,UK for the South-East Asia Region. Khalid Javed is graduate Electrical Engineer from University of Engineering & Technology, Lahore
Mr. A.R.M. Shafiul Sayeed

A. R. M. Shafiul Sayeed has more than 12 years of experience in financial sector , corporate strategy, administration and audit compliance in public and private sector. He specializes in driving financial efficiency, ensuring compliance with global standards such as IFRS, IAS, ISA, Corporate Law etc. He has been with O&M Solutions (OMS) since 2015 and responsible
for overall company financial planning, corporate fund management, ensuring the company compliances with statutory and regulatory requirements etc. Prior to OMS he worked as Senior Executive (Audit & Finance) in public sector company and Audit Manager at S.H.Khan Chartered Accounts. He is qualified Chartered Account and ACCA.
Amer Rauf
Managing Director (OMS) Pakistan
Amer Rauf is Managing Director of OMS , Pakistan . He has a wide-ranging over 30 years experience in all types of power plants O&M , construction and business development. Before joining OMS , he has served in various organizations including WAPDA, SAUDCONSULT – Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Descon Engineering Ltd. Mr. Rauf is a distinction holder in B.Sc.
Electrical Engineering from University of Engineering & Technology (UET), Taxila. Mr. Rauf has very good knowledge and experience in the private sector since he has worked as Head of EPC of Renewable projects at DESCON Engineering Ltd. Mr. Rauf made valuable contributions in planning and execution of multiple Wind Power Projects under RE Policy 2006. As Managing Director of OMS since last 2017 he is managing the overall vision of the company and providing strategic direction to achieve the company’s ultimate goals.
Subhendu Beura
Director (OMS) India
Mr. Subhendu Beura has more than 32 years of rich and successful experience in Power and Water Business with expertise in Engineering, Management, Construction, Operation & Maintenance of various power and water projects.
As Director of OMS,India , Mr. Subhendu is now responsible for OMS India’s Business Management, strategic planning and successfully
providing expert services to different projects of both OMS and its subsidiary and JV companies He has done graduation in Electrical Engineering followed by MBA in Finance. He has the experience of working in India and abroad in various roles in both Power and water generation and Power utilities.
Tofael Ahmed
Managing Director, Bangladesh
Mr. Tofael Ahmed has more than 30 years rich and successful experience in Power Business with expertise in Engineering, Financial Modeling , Construction Management, Operation & Maintenance of various power projects.
As Managing Director of OMS, Bangladesh is responsible for OMS Bangladesh’s Business Management, strategic planning and successfully providing expert services to
different projects including Feasibility Study, Owner’s Engineering, Routine O&M and Major Maintenance Services, Due Diligence, Independent Engineering, etc. He is also leading the company to become one of the top real estate developers in Bangladesh. During his dynamic career, he worked at executive positions in home and abroad. He was the Director (Generation) of the 2600 MW Generation Project of Karachi Electric Supply Company (KESC), Karachi, Pakistan. He joined OMS in 2006 as Country Manager and promoted
Managing Director in 2011.
Mr. Ahmed holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Bangladesh University of Engineering
& Technology and an MBA from Bangladesh .
Stuart Ryan - Director
Stuart Ryan, a US National, Owner and Founder of Rydout LLC, has two decades of experience developing, buying, selling and managing electricity and energy businesses in North America, South America, Europe and Asia. Prior to forming Rydout, Stuart was COO and Executive Vice President of AES Corp, where he served for over 15 years. Under his astute leadership over 10,000 MW of power were added to AES’s portfolio.
Dennis Bakke - Director
Dennis Bakke, a US National, He was Co-Founder President and CEO of the AES Corporation (AES). He was president and CEO of the company from 1994 to 2002. AES was formed in 1981 to generate and sell electricity. AES has grown into a leading global power company with business in over 30 countries, $40 billion in assets, revenue of over $10 billion per year, and 30,000 employees. Corporate headquarters are in Arlington, VA.
Dennis is currently the President and CEO of Imagine Schools, an education service provider for K-12 public charter and independent schools nationwide.
