OMS took charge of Asset Management for K-Electric, overseeing critical assets including the 6 x 210 MW BQPS-I Thermal Power Plant, 220 MW CCPP Korangi Power Station, 100 MW CCPP KGTPS, 100 MW CCPP SGTPS, 125 MW KTPS Thermal Power Station, 60 Grid Stations of 132KV & 220 KV, and a vast Transmission and Distribution Network spanning 1220 KM.

• Periodic operational checks and tests
• Advisory services for routine maintenance
• Implementation and updating of preventive maintenance programs
• Expert advisory services for preventive & corrective maintenance
• Other responsibilities: Budget Review, KPI Setting, Critical Spares Identification, Long-term Improvement Plan
