• Operation of the plant in line with Prudent Utility Practices and agreement terms
• Operations services following design engineer and equipment manufacturer recommendations
• Periodic operational checks and tests
• Routine maintenance services
• Implementation and regular updates to the preventive maintenance program
• Preventive & corrective maintenance, top end, and MOH of gensets
• Other responsibilities: Budget Review, KPI Setting, Critical Spares Identification, Long-term Improvement Plan
