Ashuganj Power Station Company Ltd. (APSCL)

The main objective of the proposed study is to prepare reports on Detailed Feasibility Study (DFS), Initial Environmental Examination (IEE), Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) and Social Impact Assessment (SIA) studies with the proposal of finding the best options with financially and economically viable (5×600) MW Combined Cycle Power Plants.

The proposed Gas Based Combined Cycle Power Plant will run on natural gas as fuel and will help to increase the stability and reliability of the power system.

OMS provided following services to APSCL: 

• Detailed Feasibility Study
• Carry out Bathymetric Survey and Hydro morphological Survey
• Initial Environmental Examination (IEE)
• Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA)
• Social Impact Assessment (SIA)
• Disaster Impact Assessment (DIA) of the proposed project area
• Township design and detailed demolition plan of existing structure.
