BPDB-RPCL Powergen Ltd.

As a part of the generation target of the Bangladesh Government, B-R Powergen Ltd. has selected about 40 Acres of land located at Char-Ishwardia mouza under Sadar upazila of Mymensingh District, Bangladesh for development of the large base load power station. Earlier, B-R Powergen Ltd. conducted a Pre-feasibility Study for setting up of 400 (±10%) MW Gas based Power Plant at that site. Now, a detailed impact analysis is required for the Feasibility study, Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) and Social Impact Assessment are required for smooth functioning of this project.
