Quaid-e-Azam Thermal Power Company Limited (QATPL)

1180 MW Bhikki is RLNG based Combined Cycle Power Plant (CCPP) located at about two (02) kilometers off Sheikhupura – Faisalabad road on Qadirabad-Balloki Link Canal.
The primary fuel of the plant is RLNG; supplied through an 18km SNGPL pipeline. The backup fuel is HSD which is stored on site in two purpose built tanks with a capacity of 40,000m3 (07 days back-up). The complex consists of 02 Gas Turbine (02x 395.64MW), 01 Steam Turbine (01x 388.85MW) and 02 HRSG units
